In today's exercise we take an extremely honest view of our lives.

This exercise will help you define your problems and set a "mental objective" for this course.

Day 4: Dig Deeper

Discover the "digging deeper" process, which you can use to get at the root of problems through writing.

Day 5: Radical Gratitude Writing (Positive Focus Pt. 1)

Radical gratitude can get you focused on the ways your life is already great - so you can create and experience more to enjoy.

Day 6: Inner Critic Intervention

Today we examine our inner critic and get some more insight on how it is affecting our lives

Day 7: Conversation with the Critic

Week 2 - Confronting the Critic

Day 11: Positive Focus Pt.2

Time to revisit positive focus, with the intention of getting us motivated and inspired to tackle our daily tasks.

Day 12: Inner Child Work Pt.1

Today we go into shadow work, inner child work, and looking at the emotional reactions we struggle with the most.
