How To Overcome Adversity & Transform Your Life

What do you do when your back is against the wall?

On the journey of personal development and growth you will experience triumph, victory and even glory. But in life - adversity is real and sooner or later, it will knock you on your ass.

Knowing how to use this adversity as a springboard to propel you to greater heights is imperative. But how do you do that? And who do you turn to for guidance?

One this is for certain. Accepting guidance from those who have never faced adversity is a fools errand. For answers, it helps to listen to those who have ventured into the realm of the abyss and lived to tell the tale.

Erik has a few things that helped him when things were at their darkest and he shares them with us in this conversation.
