What do you do when your back is against the wall?
On the journey of personal development and growth you will experience triumph, victory and even glory. But in life - adversity is real and sooner or later, it will knock you on your ass.
Knowing how to use this adversity as a springboard to propel you to greater heights is imperative. But how do you do that? And who do you turn to for guidance?
One this is for certain. Accepting guidance from those who have never faced adversity is a fools errand. For answers, it helps to listen to those who have ventured into the realm of the abyss and lived to tell the tale.
In the latest episode of the ikario podcast, we turn to one of those people for answers. In this conversation, we are joined by Erik Allen.
Erik Allen was raised in a broken home, he battled addictions, was jailed at 18 & bankrupt at 21 only to turn everything around. He's now 16 years sober, has a beautiful wife, two kids, is a podcaster, speaker & now helps up and coming MMA fighters & entrepreneurs get known and noticed online.
Erik has a few things that helped him when things were at their darkest and he shares them with us in this conversation.
