Primal Movement Workshops LISBON

for better physical & mental health

Facilitating Personal Growth & Community

Join us in improving your physical and mental health through primal movement exercises like squatting, hanging, crawling, and barefoot walking. Our workshops focus on strength training, mobility exercises, and increasing flexibility, physical capability, and focus.

We meet weekly in Lisbon for a variety of workshops and classes to introduce you to primal movement. All event details will be provided ahead of time – join our Telegram group for notifications.

If you're interested in closed group sessions or one-on-one coaching, let us know. Everyone is welcome to join us as long as you're willing to learn, grow, and push yourself out of your comfort zone.

We send out notifications about our events once per week through this broadcast group. No chatting is allowed in this group – our goal is to help you unplug from your phone as much as possible. However, we do have a separate chat group that you can join if you'd like.

What you can expect in our classes

Breathwork

In some of our session we will be doing group breathwork. Breathwork is basically any practice in which you deliberately regulate your breathing in order to change either a mental state or get a physiological response.

(Watch video)

Our focus will be on a form of breathwork known as Soma (a pranayama technique popularised by Wim Hof). It involves following a beat while engaging in fast breathing, faster breathing and breath holds.
