A Heroic Green Smoothie in 13 Easy To Follow Steps

What can I say, at ikario we like heroic things...


Like green smoothies aka nutrition-bombs packed full of micro nutrients from whole foods. Eat one giant green smoothie every week and you'll be way healthier. 

Here are the steps to get you started:

  1.  Get a big blender (not a tiny blender)
  2. Fill it up with spinach
  3. Add two bananas
  4. 1 Carrot or beetroot
  5. 1-3 cups of berries
  6. 2 tbsp of nuts or pumpkin seeds
  7. 1 tbsp of flax or chia
  8. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  9. Small amounts (0.5 tsp) of any of the following: cinnamon, turmeric, chlorella, powdered reishi, chaga or other mushrooms
  10. Optional: a scoop of your favorite protein powder
  11. 0.5L favorite plant milk
  12. Top up with water

That's it!

Blend till smooth, enjoy, and let us know how you liked it.
